2. Introduction

Welcome to Mentorixis. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our offerings at Mentorixis.com. By engaging with our Services, Info Product, or Goods, you agree to these Terms.

4. Offerings

We provide three categories of offerings:

  1. Services: Personalized executive coaching sessions delivered live or online.
  2. Info Product: Pre-recorded courses and digital guides.
  3. Goods: Branded merchandise and printed materials.

5. Payment

All offerings require payment in full before access or delivery. Accepted payment methods are specified at checkout.

6. Cancellations and Adjustments

Service sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time at no extra cost. Requests made less than 48 hours prior are subject to availability and may incur a fee equal to the session cost.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Services

Coaching sessions are eligible for a refund if canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled time. Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method within 14 days of the cancellation date.

Sessions may be moved to an alternative date within 60 days of the original booking at no extra cost. Cancellations or changes requested less than 48 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling due to preparation requirements.

7.2 Info Product

Digital materials may be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase, provided the content has not been accessed or downloaded. If access has occurred, the purchase is final and not eligible for a refund.

7.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in original, unused condition. A handling fee equal to the original shipping cost may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect. Approved refunds are issued within 14 days of our receipt of the item.

8. No-Refund Offerings

Certain premium coaching packages are marked as final sale and are not eligible for a refund due to dedicated coach assignment and preparatory work. Such offerings are clearly labeled "No-Refund" on the order page.

9. Liability

Mentorixis is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of any offering. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant offering.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

11. Changes to Terms

Mentorixis may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version at Mentorixis.com. Continued use of our offerings constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

All content provided by Mentorixis is protected by copyright and other rights. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
